1. Proof Of Loss - To qualify for a refund, customers must provide evidence that the item
was lost while in our possession, this may include a photo showing your package was
delivered or proof that your package was received by one of our agents. we are NOT
responsible for any item that was delivered to the wrong address. we encourage all
customers to properly verify shipping address before any purchases is made. Please see
our delivery address below
2. Time Frame - A Customer has Thirty (30) days from item delivery date to submit a “Lost”
Item Refund Claim” Anything exceeding this time will be inadmissible. A “Lost Item
Refund Claim” form must be filled out accompanied with invoices and /or photos of
delivery where applicable, and submitted to dtreco@shipxworldwide.com. You can find
this form at Gladstone Road Freight Terminal, Our Palmdale Location or via JotForm link.
3. Processing Period -. All claims will be processed and reviewed within Ten (10) business
days from submission date. After this time has expired, a representative will make contact
with you to confirm if you are eligible for a refund. Kindly note that in the processing period,
it is possible for us to locate your package, if this happens, we will advise you on this,
therefore your case will close at this step once you've received your packages.
4. Refund Issuance - If we were unable to locate your packages during the processing
period, a refund would be issued within seven business (7) days based on the amount of
the invoice provided.
